I am back!
After a lovely break with my family, I am back in my fab studio. I am really looking forward to working with lots of lovely brides and grooms throughout 2019. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions about your wedding stationery, I know it can be a little overwhelming when you first start your search. 🙂
(This is a photo of me when I took part in a photo shoot back in 2016 with the very lovely Precious Things Event Styling. The gorgeous table plan was a joint effort! I loved playing dress-up.)

For those that may be a little curious, this is me!
After finishing a degree in Surface Pattern Design, i went on to work as a wallpaper and textile designer for several years. After i got married and had my baby boy, i decided full time employment wasn't for me. I wanted to make the most of being a mum. I took the massive decision to leave a career that i so loved. The creative bug never leaves you, and i knew that wasn't the end. The day before my son's 1st birthday, and pregnant with baby number 2, i nervously did my very first wedding fayre and Inspired by Lisa Handcrafted Wedding Stationery was born. Unbelievably, that was nearly 12 years ago....time really does fly when you are having fun!
Thank you to all that support me and leave me incredible reviews, you are all FAB! <3

Lisa, very similar to me with the cakes. After Ewan was born and I had started on cakes, I went on from part time to a relief worker until we relocated back to Scotland. That was almost 8 years ago and since then I was working on my cakes with to be a mum. Xxxx it's the best we have ever decided for me to do, we never needed a child minder. Ewan is 9 now and I still enjoy our work/family set up. Xxxx

Whilst i am taking a break from my studio, i am still here to answer your questions (although slightly slower than normal). The Christmas break is a great time to plan a wedding, dream of Summer flowers and eat copious amounts of chocolate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
'When should we order our invitations?'.... ideally, 3 months before you need them.
'When should we send out our invitations?'....5-6 months before your wedding is generally a good time.
DON'T PANIC! These timescales are guidelines. However, my diary does get full, so don't leave it too late.
